Shaken, not stirred
My go-to for a quick post workout protein shake. 1 scoop of Levels Grass Fed 100% Whey Protein. 1 cup of cold coffee. About 2 cups milk. 1 cup cold water. Chocolate syrup (to taste). Combine in my BlenderBottle Classic Shaker Bottle, and shake away. Everyday, at least once a day, I'm using my Shaker Bottle. Heck, I'm drinking from one right now. Make sure you get the 2 pack (or more).
